Without seeing enlarged scans, or scans of the back, I'd say 5-10% of catalogue price tops.

I'm going to to some of your homework for you: these are from the Great Britain King George V "Seahorses" issues of 1913-1918. Now, your job is to figure out which ones they are specifically (using a catalog or other resource), and that will give you an idea of value.
