I am guessing that this stamp has bluish paper, and it is noticeably darker than another 4p stamp I have. #2a?

It needs to be soaked to get the hinge off then scanned with two different colors backgrounds. With the black backgroound it look like white paper to me.

Looks like de La Rue printing from PB plates. Not blued paper.

Here is the same stamp with the hinge soaked off on a white background. I am pretty well convinced that it is whitish paper. thank you for the responses.
