You shall need to purchase a "perforation guage" and follow the instructions on youtube.

If you measure the pink design area, in length (Accuratey!) in millimetres (mm)
I can give you an approx perf reading.

It's clearly perf 11 horizontally. It might be either 11 or 10.5 vertically. I suspect it is 10.5, but it does not absolutely have to be. I think I can see the shadows on the reverse where the gum breakers originally were, but that might be an optical illusion.
