Your Ajuntament de Montcada I Reixac stamp above is listed as a Spanish Civil War stamp on the site below. (Not sure where the Town Hall comes into it)

Ajuntament in Catalan (Ayuntamiento in Castilian) comes from assembling, gathering. It means both town council and town hall, the modern concept of where the council convenes. In the Middle Ages, the meetings could take place in a church or on the steps of a building. So, the place off the gathering is synonymous with the convening council.

Put it in a translator and your civil war stamp issued by the town (council) becomes a stamp issued by the town hall.

Yes, the stamps from the Ajuntament de Montcada I Reixac (a town, just North of Barcelona) were issued by the city council to raise money for the war needs. And, as has already been said, the Catalan word "Ajuntament" stands for both city hall and city council.

I know it pretty well ,as Catalan is my own language.

Appreciative of the link supplied, we have a ID solution,
however, I found the site clunky.
How you found that stamp amazes me.

Being a collector working everyday with Stamp catalogues,
you can appreciate the Windows explorer method of hiearchal listings
Authors whom use click images are making it difficult.

How does one identify, a stamp being Nationalist or Republican?
or do we just google the area / location?

The two inscribed "diputación foral de Navarra" are fiscals issued by the provincial government of the Navarra Province. A diputación is a provincial parliament.

The 10 cts. one shows Olite (new) castle. From what I can find it is a fiscal used for insurance policies. The castle is quite beautiful. Olite itself is the main town of the Navarra wine region.

Both come in a range of values.

edit: the laurel wreath and cross in the arms of Navarra date the stamp to late 1937 or later.
