Then you might look at ebay past sales for that particular Scott number at which point you may be discouraged on the financial front if it's only worth a buck or two.
But you will have enjoyed puzzling out the identification — that's the most rewarding part of the hobby for many of us.

Stamp is perf 11, which can only be #517, no watermark, which has a catalog value of 0.75, but that is without a precancel.

This stamp has a local precancel type 205, which catalogs at 0.15 in the general Town & Type catalog for the most common denomination, thus your mileage on this stamp may vary!

What is needed is for someone to look this up in the "Classic Precancel Catalog, Parts 2a and 2b, Precancels on U.S. Issues in the Washington-Franklin Period, 1908-1921."
