I think that you could fill a gap on your Goverment in Exile page with the AR stamp on sundry page.

First sundry stamp : "portomarka" is "postage due stamp",not "parcel post"

The "Ephemera" pages are just my "Transfer pages" to hold stamps
until enough of them to make a set or collection.
