I have a postcard that was sent to Richard Otto with the Deutsches Reich 10 red color stamp. The content is written in German if I am not wrong. This is dated as 19.3.12 11-12V. Breslau. The other side, it's a photo of people reading something with a text that says "herzlichen glückwunsch zum geburtstage".

Sample stamp pic is attached. Can you please guide me?

Literal translation is, "Hearty congratulations on your birthday."

Canceled March 19, 1912 in the city now called Wroclaw (in Poland). Of course, back in the day that was solidly in Germany, and Poland's borders were shifted farther east, into what's now Ukraine and Belarus.
