This one has me stumped, any assistance would be appreciated.
It has a glossy feel coating so not even sure it's a real stamp.

Bolivia
With respect, you do not help us much.
A better scan
Currency?
Text on the item?
Vignette
all these things make it easier for us

Thank you, Bolivia is it, but as it's not green but red and glossy guessing it's some sort of facsimile.

Yes, but why
I'd be asking any Bolivia bloggers online for info.
Perhaps an essay, although it has a possibly forged postmark.

I always wonder how these people (if it is a facsimile) get the wherewithal to manage good perforations, esp in triangular format,
no mean feat.

I show the red specimen to be Bolivia Scott J7 from 1938 (Symbols of the Revolution), and the green J8.

Thanks everyone but the stamp in the original post is a red 10c with the same image as the green j8. Looking to see if anyone has any information on this. Tried to blow the image up but doesn't seem to be working.

I wrote to Mr. Royuela, yesterday, Bolivia Specialist,
no reply thus far.

His frame preamble suggests he identifies forgeries and fakes,
but I could not see any on the pages I looked at.

I'll let you know if he responds.

Your stamp appears to have a creamy brownish underprint wash.
It may be toning, or?

thank you rod, I agree it's not white, also has a glossy finish that doesn't come across on scan.
