Triangle:

Thanks for the heads up re this new release. It's been a couple of years since I last
scanned through an issue. Was always impressed with the scope of information
presented as well as the quality. And believe it's an all-volunteer effort. Good stuff.

Triangle:

I am very impressed by the scholarship and quality of this publication.

Thank you for posting about the availability of this and all past issues. The .pdf files are very high quality, and the reading is fascinating.

I appreciate the free availability for personal use, and tip my hat to all who contribute to this effort.

A large kudos!

I agree with your comments Calstamp and Orstampman. Its over 300 pages this time, and even if you don't collect the geography covered is probably the best free independantly produced stamp publication.

Does anyone know of any similar free downloadable publications on different geography?

La Posta, which originally (about 50 years ago) was a publication covering Western United States postal history, has continuously been in print since 1969. Its postal history scope has increased over the decades. The website is http://www.lapostapub.com/ and I digitized every back issue from 1960 thru 2015 and they are available for free download here http://www.lapostapub.com/BackIssuesDL.html (full disclosure, I do the website and IT work for La Posta).
