Help, please!

Trying to identify this French stamp, 2,40fr, Alsace Lorraine stamp. Reads "invalidite vieillesse". Cancelled 2 Apr 1928.

Have not been able to find it in Scott. Anybody?

These are not postage stamps.Only found in special catalogs.
They are Social stamps of Alsace-Lorraine 1891-1942- Contribution stamps and old age invalidity receipt cards.

If you just google below and the catalog cover should come up. You can't get into the catalog.
