These four issues comprise the 1995 2nd Anniversary of the signing of the East African Treaty set.
Could someone please provide me with the corresponding Scott catalogue numbers and a valuation for MNH?

I see what you mean about the 200/-, but it is indeed MNH. What appears as part of a cds is a combination of the map's outline and scanner artifact.
