I'm looking for a way to efficiently display red boxes (the long ones that hold 102 cards) for the show here in New Orleans next month. I need some sort of temporary shelving so I can comfortably stack the boxes on my tables (I'll only have two). I have just been inefficiently placing the red boxes across my two tables, and I have a lot of vertical space not being used.
I have heard rumors of "a guy in Chicago" who builds storage cases for red boxes, and they can be used to transport the red boxes and then st the show, the fronts can be opened to display the front of the red boxes to customers. That would be ideal.
Does anyone have any ideas? Our show is in mid-February, so I may be too late for any sort of custom order but I'd still be interested for the future. I am also interested in any ideas that would allow me to get something to neatly stack the boxes (metal wire shelving? Anything) so I can make better use of my table space...
Sorry, I am starting to repeat myself but hopefully you guys know what I'm looking for; I am open to any and all ideas, and thank you in advance!
Barry

Here is how I store my red boxes: https://www.target.com/p/two-shelf-...-/A-53184510Each shelf holds 6 red boxes, so 12 total per item. They come with pegs and I have two stacked on top of each other. Have them on a shelf in a closet and have had no issues with them. Takes 15 minutes or something to put together once you take the parts out of the box. |

Thanks, StateRevs - that's exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for. The Target near my house has a few in stock, I'll give that a shot!

Barry, when and where is the show going to be? My wife has been wanting to get back there to see our son. We may be able to get there during that time. |

Barry, I use cardboard shelving units which were initially designed for baseball cards. They had various sizes which allowed me to buy a selection to meet my needs. Let me know if you are interested and I will look up their name. |

Hey Al! I'm very happy to give you that info. Feb 11-12, in Metairie at the Wyndham Garden Hotel, 6401 Veterans Blvd. (Very close to the Veterans Blvd exit from the I-10.)
I hope you can make it! Come say hi!

Hi, Chesham - I'm going to see if I can get any of the units from my local Target, but if they don't have any I'll ask you. Thanks! |

Al E. Gator - in case you are headed down to NOLA for next weekend's show, the venue has changed!! It's no longer at the Wyndham Garden but now at the Sheraton Metairie by the Galleria (Causeway @ I-10). If you do come down please say hello!
