Unless you can show it in focus it is very hard to see what you are referring to. Please keep in mind that the atamp is used and the cancel can do strange things on your mind
It looks like your first stamp is a Type I,2nd stamp Type II. The Type I could be from the 1916-1919 printings because of the yellowish paper used for the stamp.
Thank you for your fast respond. I donīt know much about French stamps and I donīt know how to determine stamp paper. I canīt upload a better quality picture here. Stamp seems interesting and if it is real then how common "fault" it is?
