I searched the stamp smarter database "stars" and "stars in circles". Thought maybe I'd get lucky here. Whatever it is, I like it.

The stamp has faults and is probably reperfed - but I'm just interested in the cancel for the moment. Thanks.

It just looks like a segmented cork cancel to me, but it is really not my area, although I have seen a fair number of fancy cancels over time.
