Has a lot of similarities to the Hawaiian King Kamehameha issues of the 19th century, but wether this is a genuine essay or forgery, I can't say.

Looks like it was a Die Proof of 20,000 that was never used. Copy the entire URL and paste it into a browser and it links to a PDF from Steiner. For some reason it only takes the first part in the post

Thanks for the info and the link found it pictured and info on it - wrong king image shown and country listed as Honolulu. No wonder this was rejected. Thanks again incredible info.
