Hi, all:
It's been a while since I have had the time to be here. Now, I sadly understand that Wert has passed. RIP

I was just pulling out some old Bileski material that I haven't gone through before. He noted that this is either PL3 or PL4, with a variety in UR stamp.

The first thing that jumped out at me was the "short line" in the left
"2". Has anyone else come across this?

Thanks,
Steve

He was a master seller no doubt. Cant talk to the upper right stamp with mark in the two, but what is on top of the left 2 in the bottom left stamp? It looks a bit like a shilling mark.

Bottom left 2 is a speck not on the stamp.

I have a number of blocks/panes for that stamp & others in the series and checked them. Found some minor ink pulls, lines & squiggles, less distinct than the one you have, but similar. So not uncommon to find in this series it appears.
