I Can't Stand Misidentifying

The two are perf at 12 and both are soft porous paper. Ben is perf 15 1/2 and also white soft porous paper.

I'll hazard a guess on the Washingtons. Scott 207 on the left, 184 on the right. I'll leave Ben to someone more knowledgeable.

Ben looks like a poor #24, so poor as to very possibly be a forgery as noted above.

The One-Cent Franklin is #24, from the top row of Plate 9 (probably position 8L). The characteristics are too precise for this to be a forgery (who would want to forge this stamp anyway?). The poor image quality suggests it came from a photograph.
