It looks like in the 1915 Forbins, this is an 1860 issue, #17. I'd like a current catalogue number and catalogue value. I'm aware that the condition greatly decrease the value. Thanks!

This stamp without defects sells on ebay in the $10.00 to $15.00 range.
Your stamp in it's damaged conditions has minimal monetary value.

Thank You Timm. Is the catalogue No. still #17? And would you have the catalogue Value? I'm sure the market value is next to nil, but I need to Cat. value for an APS circuit book.
