The booklet plate known for its many varieties of scratches, dashes and dots and some hairlines, and with patience, sufficient dashes or vertical hairlines (some transient) were found at the top or base of odd booklets of certain panels, which also appeared in corresponding positions on the panel above or below so that eventually the correct position of all panels was revealed.

Currently I'm creating a book from the many varieties I have. The attachment is a small section of those varieties, some are scarce, rare and very rare.

Hi Rob. It took me a few minutes to figure out that we were looking at Scott 319b, ACSC 356. Here is the one full example that I have in my collection:

I don't see too much on any one stamp, except for the lower left which has several dots and marks in places where they are not normally expected. The best example is a small dot in front of the queen's chin, while the other interesting spot is a small dot above the second A of Australia. Just posted for your comments.

Hi Partime

Your pane is interesting and it definitely has multiple varieties, I'll see if I have that particular pane. I have many full booklets of various varieties, single panes with covers and single stamps. It's a project I am doing.

I'll be posting a few more soon.

Rob

Rob. I haven't seen anything new on this thread, but I did pick up a cover with the Booklet Pane broken up. The left 2 stamps are the Top of the pane, while the right two are the middle and bottom row of the pane. I looked and looked, but couldn't find any varieties. Maybe you'll have more luck.

Hi Partime

Sorry for the delay, have been working on a few stamp projects, one of them is the Sydney Harbour Bridge stamps, this one is costing me an arm and a leg, as this project involves the 5/- stamp, plates and counterfeits, all MUH. The counterfeit has a history of it's own and is quite interesting and very rare.

I had a close-up look at the envelope and will have another look at the envelope tonight, I will be uploading more varieties of the 5d booklet today or tonight.

Just a little piece of trivia - The Rosicrucian Order was formally known as the Ancient Mystical Order Rosae Crucis (AMORC).
