I am pleased to announce new content on Stamp Smarter – "North West Pacific Islands OS Punctured (Perfin) Stamps and Covers" by Robert Benoist. Robert specializes in the stamps of Australia overprinted N.W.Pacific Islands and has published extensively on these issues, especially those punctured OS which are mainly scarce to very rare. He has one of the world's most comprehensive collection of NWPI official covers and has published the accepted census for both the covers and stamps. He generously offered much of his research to be published.
