hello all. I collect belgium railway stamps. the problem I have is some of these stamps were issued by post offices and have a round cancel stamp. are these postally used, semi postal, or other. any help and advice would be good. thanks ken

hello peter and don. thank you both for the help, after doing a search and reading the thread. will treat the round cancels as semi postal and the rest as back of book. cheers ken
