hello all. though this would be interesting, are the perforations roulleted, not sure myself, any help would be good. cheers ken.

I'd suggest "Line Rouletted" from the edges I can see.
The top may be perforate?

Gents - I do not understand the ins and outs of roulettes. My 2017 van Dam catalogue ids this as NFC1, rouletted 7. It can also be rouletted 13-1/4 on 'any' side. What that looks like I don't know. I also have these, but I can't spot the special ones that are worth $150. Typical are $5.

I think the ROULETTED 7 means there is 7 slits in 2cm.

Just like perforations like perf 12 has 12 holes in 2cm. perf 13 would have 13 holes in 2cm. etc.

Here's a image of the variety with one side (right in this case) rouletted 13-1/4, according to the seller. (Taken from Deveney stamps website).
