These are indeed from the Dutch East Indies. They are three stamps from the 1882-1888 series and the 20 cent from the 1892-1909 series. They come in several different perforations. The other colors you mention are blue for the Netherlands, green for the Dutch West Indies (Curacao etc) and purple for Surinam.

If you care to go further, the ones without "CENT" come in 4 different types as well, based on the position of the nearest loop in the circle relative to the letter "T". See a Scott catalog.

The dues in these designs were color coded. Blue/ultramarine ones are from the Netherlands, green/bluish green from Netherlands Antilles/Curacao.
