I originally asked because I know nothing about these stamps and am just sorting. I noticed the reprint info, etc., and the info on the orange vs yellow in the catalog and I am bad with colors. But after all this going back and forth, I decided I think they are Sc 21 & Sc 22.... One was already mounted and 1 not. I took the one out of my album to finally ck it and scan in a picture ... One I measure as a smaller "3" than the other - strictly on measurement size , not knowing if thats what really constitutes the difference between a small 3 and a large one. One is perf 13, the other 12.75. The Wmk seem to be close enough for me to call the same - but not 100, 100% sure there. Im not sure what was earlier meant by the Island being off-center. To me, they all seem to be that way. Fake - not sure???
well one is small 3 and other is large 3, both are considered perf 12 3/4 by Danish standards. (13 teeth horizontally)
but I don't have a scott catalogue so no idea which numbers they are in there.
the watermark, is a large crown, and no, they are never 100% identical as they're made with a huge roller that does 8 sheets on one rotation, so each position 1-100 in every 8 sheet has an identical watermark.
these were printed in Denmark at the time, so knowledge of Danish bicolored can be directly transferred.
