Both pics are blurry, especially the second one. Can you scan them, instead?

I would add, that the "white Taiwan" error of 1968 is one of the rarest, famous, and most valuable in China philately, so the odds of anyone having two genuine copies is astronomical.

Apologise for the quality of pics.
When I started each pic was 1.3 Mb clean and crisp
I found them tonight- marked " specimen samples"

Surely they have to be fakes?
There are lines crossing out the value tablets.
Looks like magazine cut outs

They are euphemistically called reprints. You most often see Year of the Monkey stamps with the bar over the value sold as " placeholders" with silly asking prices. They are not official items.
