China, Airmail : 1933 (10 May) Eurasia Aviation Corporation trial flight Canton-Hankow via Changsha envelope to Changsha (10.5) bearing Air second issue 15c. (2, one with plate number "1") and Dr. Sun Yat-sen 25c., cancelled by "Canton" bilingual c.d.s., showing "Eurasia Aviation Corporation/Trial flight, May 10, 1933/Canton-Changsha-Hankow/Plane No. 5/Li Djin-dsung, Director/R. Walter, Chief Technician/J. Rathje, Pilot/E. Jeude, Mechanic" framed bilingual cachet in violet with another superb strike on reverse, the first instance of "dropped" mail in the history of the Chinese Airmail Service, of the 155 pieces of mail carried on this flight only 32 covers were sent to Changsha with the remaining 123 covers sent to Hankow, very fine and rare.
