China Local Stamp: Fake?

Djin-dsung, Director/R. Walter, Chief Technician/J. Rathje,
Pilot/E. Jeude, Mechanic" framed bilingual cachet in violet
with another superb strike on reverse, the first instance of
"dropped" mail in the history of the Chinese Airmail Service,
of the 155 pieces of mail carried on this flight only 32 covers
were sent to Changsha with the remaining 123 covers sent to
Hankow, very fine and rare. HK$ 2,500 - 3,000
Mail from this flight was dropped from the plane directly over the
airfield where it was picked up by local officials and then transferred
directly to the post office at Changsha.

This all new to me, first time seen.
I'll check my catalogues re the stamp,
however if the cachet is a fake, chances are high, the stamp is likewise.
Another cause for suspicion, it does not appear to be cut from an envelope.

I have nothing.
I do not recognise the Vignette.
You shall need to do your own research, bloggers, links etc.
First step, have the script translated.

Nothing in my catalogues, rare to see a gentleman's visage on early
China, if so, usually Mao tse tung, or Zhu De.
