Curious, what this would be considered, I find it interesting.
What's your take on it?

Called a printing anomaly. One of the two is either under- or over inked

Any idea why it looks like there are initials WA?
Doesn't seem to fit, or is it just me again.

I think it is called "pareidolia". The brain has the amazing ability to find familiar objects, animals, faces letters in otherwise random or unrelated objects or patterns. We all have it, now you have pointed out the letters I see WA each time I look at the stamp. I know it is not supposed to be there but I guess that is the way the brain works.

I can't disagree, I just think of it as perspective,
Sometimes it changes based on how things are looked at.

JustFella, are you referring to French stamps or US stamps?

Try
googling "La Poste France new stamp issues 2022" and you will find quite a few!

Thanks peter,
I was referring to the linns article's, in the link I posted, it mentioned a passed issued column (LEM related) and a upcoming issue about the sower,
I couldn't find either write up? (There from 2021) I've tried googling many different ways to try to find them, but for some reason I don't get many search results.
