That's the stub from a customs export form. "Zollamt I Flughafen Berlin-Templehof" is the Customs Office at Templehof Airport in Berlin.

Great example of how a Catalogue (Monograph) can drive collecting.
For some of the bad press, catalogues sometimes receive,
they are huge drivers of the hobby.

My entire collecting enjoyment soared, when I discovered and used Scott.

No offence taken, I understood your levity.
I too use specialised, Hungary, Romania, France, Turkey (7 cats)

Scott is the Scotch fillet, specialised are the condiments.

A value of 500 Deutschmark is declared on the cover.
