If an older stamp like a US #300 Ben Franklin has a perforation just a tad more off than average like this photo, and has a blind clear perf on bottom does this improve the stamp value?
There would need to be many more blind perfs to create interest and even just a small value increase. An edge with all blind perfs between a pair of stamps still would carry a premium of just a few dollars.
