any expert identify that block of machine stamps which have to silver spots in the bottom two stamps circle and squar

The stamp is the basic 24p
The spots are from a mail sorting machine.

Quite a challenge to find on my database,
"dots" text string finally located it.
I have added "silver squares" to the text string
