All these reprints/reissues were carefully printed and all the design elements are crisp and clear. The way to see that detail is to carefully compare with a 115 plate proof and you will have a better idea of what details are lacking or muddied.
•The upper corner blocks have broken shading lines; in 126, they will be strong and complete. •The crosshatched shading in the medallion is strong and even in 126. There is no ink filling as in the upper left corner here. •The white shading lines in the coat are not broken/filled with ink in 126 as they are on both sides here. •There are very clear engraving lines in the shading of the "6" in 126. They are not pretty much solid as they are here. There are other details also.
115s often have weak grills as do some of the others in the issue so the grills are easily pressed out. You might dip this watermark fluid to see if there is any trace of the grill.
