Hello all Stamp Masters,
So my friend in Germany
inherited an old suitcase from his grandmother.
Affixed to its side is a stamp from Lebanon, which is not featured in Scott.
I found out from an
ebay auction that it is listed in Donald Duston's "French Colonies Revenues" as H #4 (Though that one is rose in color).
Whats the story on these? Was it usual for them to be affixed to suitcases like this?
