I thought this was pretty interesting and not often seen. I think the price is high but for such a novel item maybe not;

I suppose there's some interest in this type of philatelic ephemera, but that's a lot to pay for penny stamps in grungy packaging that most of us would throw away!

I totally agree about the price but it is surprising to me that an item like this could remain intact after so many years.
