I am guessing that no-one would have trimmed the perfs on this stamp, but can anyone tell me if this issue had simple margins, making this an UR copy? Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts.

The top looks trimmed to me, and the right is also trimmed - look at the vertical cut: not straight, likely from cissor's cut

Some perfs look scissors trimmed as well.

Re the thought no one would trim the perfs - perhaps not now-a-days but very often you'll see stamps trimmed off of envelopes quite hastily or poorly and perfs met a demise because of that.
