Need Help Id'ing This Washington 3 Cent Stamp.

I think it might be a Scott #147 or #169. Has no gum, perf. 12. Would greatly appreciate Scott number identification.

The Stamp Smarter web page has a great resource for identifying your 3c. It can be found https://stampsmarter.org/1847usa/18...Note03c.html .

You need to determine if it's on hard or soft paper. See link above for help with that.

Your stamp has the secret mark.

There does not appear to be recut line in lower right corner.

It does not appear to have a grill.

I'm guessing you have a 184 (soft paper) or 158 (hard paper).

Use the Stamp Smarter resources. They are very helpful.
