I searched the Global Gazette, Google and the world postmark sites but can't identify the postmark on the stamp Issued in 1917 by the provisional government. I am probably misspelling some of the letters. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you both very, very much. I really appreciate it. I wasn't even close since I was starting off with the B. TH makes so much more sense. I just got quite a history lesson reading the wiki page for Thessaloniki.
