Washington Bicentennial Error ?

I have a George Washington Bicentennial stamp w/ an error and I can't find it anywhere has anyone else ever seen this ?

Please describe what you see as "not matching up". Do you mean that the colors have a relative offset? If so, it is very minor and would only be considered a registration oddity, not an error.

I think that you are referencing the selvedge at the top? The two rectangular color blocks? That is normal.
