issue of 1931-41 surcharged in black. The illustration in Scott "D5" is inscribed "INDOCHINA" Is that correct? I have a very similar stamp but the inscription is "POSTES INDOCHINA".
Looking in my 2008 Scott, the issue you're referring to is numbered J57-J73, with illustration D5, surcharged in black or blue. The stamps themselves all say POSTES FRANCAISES at 12 o'clock, A PERCEVOIR at 3, INDOCHINE at 6, and CHIFFRE TAXE at 9, according to the catalog.
Very interesting. I think it must be an error in the catalog. All of the stamps I have are Postes Indochine on bottom. The other difference is the image in the (2012 and 2019) catalog says Postes Francaises on top, but mine say Republique Francaise.
