Is This Is A 75 Or 76 Or ?

The red cancel is messing with my color. Plus stampsmarter is good but describing color in words is almost pointless to me. Good ole visual comparisons are always the best. I see more more hues and variations in colors then most and it's not a blessing.

Secondly do you think it's a top left corner or just badly trimmed on the side and top. I think the width looks pretty good for a side, I see no hole remnants either. The paper of the 75/76 feels more crisp/firm then the green one too.

Definitely a Scott 76. It has been trimmed on top/left sides. Perforation margins may vary, so definitely trimmed.
