Clearly a secondary overprint of Fiume SP9, overprinted first as Sc. No. 77, but can't find it in Scott ... thanks for your help!

As all your photos it is out of focus. Can you try to post a scan so we can see the doubling?

Peter

Peter, I would appreciate your help; the doubling is clearly evident. The first overprint is the "Valore globale Cent. 25" while the second overprint includes a) "Segnatasse" at the top, b) the fan-shape at the top, c) the 1 in the lower left, d) the "~X" in the lower right and e) the "0.05" in the lower center. Thank you.

There was too many fun and games going on during the overprints of Fiume stamps . The general catalogs could not keep up . You need a specialized Italian catalog .

Your scan makes it hard to figure out what is being asked , here are the stamps being asked about plus a sample of the many { like 40 different that I have on overprint issues they had in printing Fiume overprints } varieties your going find all kinds of messed up overprints .
