Dear colleagues,

I found these 3 stamps in some lots that I recently bought.. I can't find them anywhere.

- the first one seems to be from China (revenue maybe). It doesn't seem old.. 1945 the oldest
- the second looks to be Japan.. it had a paper with "Japan 1876" but I am not sure. It looks like a cut from a postal card
- the 3rd also looks like a cut from a postal card (maybe Belgium)

The last item is cut from a U.S. postal card, Scott UX12, showing Thomas Jefferson.

First one : postage due stamp from 1947,China Northeastern Provinces (Michel # P4)
Second one : cut-out indeed

Indeed a tricky one, had me searching for it when I first encountered it.

first one: Postage due, one yuan.
limited to northeast reign (the northeast three provinces).
