Issued 25-03-1959 and 28-03-1959, respectively.
Michel nrs. Bulgaria 1101 and 1102, respectively.
Considering you are from Belarus, you should be able to understand the Cyrillics on the stamps.

The brown stamp commemorates Youth Football Tournament.
The second stamp commemorates The 40th Anniversary of Ski Sports in Bulgaria.

Thanks to everyone, who replied my question. In addition, is anybody can explain, what does "NR" letters mean in "NR BULGARIA" print at the bottom of the stamp? As I know Bulgaria is a republic and officially it Republic of Bulgaria, like a Republic of Belarus.

NR Bulgaria stands for "Narodna Republika Bulgaria" means "People Republic of Bulgaria", the name of the country from 1946 to 1990.

I'm Belarusian, and in Belarus it sounds and pronounced like "Respublika".

Isn't there an 's' in the Belarussian word: i.e., it also is spelled respublika? Unlike Belarussian, the Bulgarian word is not spelled respublika, but republika, so no 's' there when pronounced.

Let me explain some featuers..
When I speak in belarusian, I also say "Respublika Belarus", but if I speak in english I must say "Republic of Belarus" for Belarus explanation.
In bulgarian, for my mind, it will be pronounced like "Republika" for meaning of the word Republic.
