I could use some help in identifying this stamp, as it could be #18-24.
I find Scott's descriptors are somewhat confusing.


Also, is the red cancel significant?

Riley, you are correct that the Scott listings can be somewhat vague. As m and m suggested, try looking here for a do-it-yourself solution: https://stampsmarter.org/features/S...Plating.html (click on the Step-By-Step Tool tab). The red cancel indicates use to a foreign country, and adds to the desirability of the stamp.
