The only difference between them (besides over $2000) is the "blueish paper" of 365. Does anyone have a picture of the two stamps side by side?

There are many limitations of this reference, but the Encyclopedia of the Colors of the United States Postage Stamps by RH White shows this side-by-side comparison:

It is extremely subtle, as you may be able to see. Expert opinion would be necessary.

Images won't work, you have to have the stamp in hand and you have to get a certification. Otherwise it is worth pennies.

Don is correct. The only way to be sure is to physically compare your stamp to a genuine Scott 365. The 13¢ blue paper is more difficult than some of the other values such as the 6¢ and 10¢. Below are two scans the first is the front of my 339 (originally purchased as a China Clay stamp from the Southgate collection) and a PSE certified example of a 13¢ blue paper (Scott 365). The second scan is the reverse of both stamps. There is a difference, but it can be difficult to see.

Belatedly getting 'round to adding another example.

The 339 is on the left and 365 on the right in both images.
The 365 is previously hinged & has a PF cert. The paper looks slightly dingy, but it is a subtle contrast with the 339.

I do note, however, that with both Mr. Crowe's and my example, with the 339 you can see a bit of the printed design showing through from the verso, whereas the 365 is more opaque.

As all others noted, gotta get an expertiser's cert.

ed to correct a misspelling.
