I have zero clue as to what I'm doing other than trying not to mess this stamp up. Is this Scott's 610 or 613 in your opinion? Im counting 11 across and the back has zero spots other than the post mark. Thank you in advance

Lesson 1. Don't count perfs ... use a perforation gauge. (You can search on this site for a printable gauge.)

Lesson 2. Assume that you have the most common stamp until you can prove you have something else.

They look like the common variety to me, but good luck.

Counting perforations is not how you measure the perforation of a stamp. That becomes self-evident when you consider that 48x28 perf stamps don't exist, for example.
Perf specifies the number of perforation holes that appear in a two-centimeter span along the edge of a stamp. It's an absolute measure, not a relative one (it doesn't change based on the size of the stamp).

I can see how there is confusion.
Technically speaking, you do not 'measure' perfs, you 'gauge' them. And as classic-paper said, gauging means counting the number of perforations within a 2 cm distance.
