That is the correct script.
Turkiye Sc# 50 1876 A5 Surcharge 1.25 pi on 50 paras

Your Postmark looks like EDIRNE (Adrianople or Hadrianopolis )
spelt here ANDRINOPLE (Eastern Thrace)

If you are commenting on that tiny speck above the vertical bar,
then that is just an EFO (error freak or oddity, scuff, ink pull etc & etc)
The vertical bar should end above the "o"

PS: It is DULOS not DULOZ
(Pierre Edelestand Stanilas Dulos (1820 - 1874)

Yes, my post concerns the little dot over the arabic text of the overprint.
The spot just looked identical to the colour of the overprint and this seemed me interesting. I suppose it's a very small error and it's not worth even to mention it.
I agree with your remark about the correct spelling of the name of the designer of the stamps. I typed it wrong.

Your stamp overprint proves 66% to be genuine.
The standard of your scans, limits the accuracy of Identity.
Poor information in, poor information out.

As long as you are aware of these limitations.

The "J" part of your enquiry, should have an oblique inflection
towards the left , at the top (where your speck is)
and the "o" should be wide at the bottom, coming to a point at the top.
Bib: Birken. Die Briefmarken #2

You may see this detail in my scan offered.

I'm sorry for the poor quality of the images. I understand tath this could be a obstacle for making a accurate conclusion . I have some problems with adding them at the forum when they have a bigger format then approved .
If you would like to see more detailed pictures of the stamp, plese view the link below -

There is a difference in the position of the overprint between the stamps . I tink tath my stamp fitts in the catalog description you gave in your post.
Of course there is a possibility tath it might not be authentic. It's difficult to say whether the overprint is original one or a forgerie.
I read tath there are many contemporary forgeries of especially of these series.
I looked through this website there are many of those there -

I would consider yours to be genuine,
it fits 4 of the 6 known genuine, against forgery ID points
The other two, the scan is not clear enough.

All's good

But that's OK.
Good luck.
