6 Kopeek, USSR ,(1923-Sc #255) On Colored Paper ?

Could this 6 kopeek, USSR ,(1923-Sc #255 ?) stamps be on some type of colored paper with watermark 170 ?
It's suppose to be on white paper.
The catalog doesn't indicates a colored paper or watermark been used for this issue or it's from a later series with the same design.
There is also a small wrinkled yellow smudge on the front side of the stamp. Could this be this be a part of the gum?

I don't know what is watermark 170
But this stamp actually exists with watermark (Michel # 176IB,from 1926)

This could be the the watermark of the stamp. Could you say anything about the color of the paper and the smudge ?
