I am aufait with "re entries" aka "Double Transfers" with engraving, intaglio.
created by the siderographer.

But in Photogravure
Cannot occur?

@Rod,

That was sarcasm. The link to photogravure was the taking of a photograph.

There is no transfer in the etching of a photogravure plate, so no double transfer.

If there was only a single type of paper used at this issue, how could the fibers on the back be explained?

Isn't a characteristic of pelure paper that it is translucent? OP's stamp appears very opaque.

Poor scans, one line statements
I am sticking with my opinion, taken from a study by Mark Wilson,
until scholarship indicates otherwise.

Those remaining with questions can research themselves with due process

Since I can't hold the stamp ,and there is no interest to get a cert. . Plus no catalog listing of the paper variation and a major collector doesn't show any paper types .

It comes down to a fake backing or the stamp was played with. The major thing which I can see is the poor quality of the perforations and inking ,tells me something is wrong .

My source for "One type of paper"

I have seen the green 50 Heller (with certificate) WITHOUT watermark
Used Reserve 300 Euros.
