Well, the image looks like the Great Wall, but I've scoured my 2023 Scott Classic and my 2016 Scott Catalogue, and can't place this one, with or without the overprint.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Is it a revenue?
Did you look at ebay? I saw this stamp, with and without overprint, described as China 1920 Great Wall Revenue 10˘ Here's a sample: https://www.ebay.com/itm/284800280229

Go with Vayolene's advice. I have 1913 as the earliest date, then 1916 I believe the right hand character in the circle, identifies varieties One has Chinese bureau of engraving and printing another Bureau of engraving and printing, Peking China
Sadly the link I had for Chinese revenues has disappeared a few year ago.
Chinese Revenues are a HUGE discipline, esp with the Myriads of overprints / surcharges.
Still some good information in it, but it is basic.
On page 4:
