At the top are Finnish, the Cyrillics read "PEN." And the Roman letters are to the right. In Russian, there only are Cyrillics that would read "KOP."

The second row Cyrillics on the right of the top scan (duplicated) read RSFSR, which is the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. You have issues for Finland, Imperial Russia, Soviet Russia, and the Soviet Union there.

Bottom left RSFRS again. With Soviet Union next to them and Imperial Russia at the top.
Two at centre on the right read "OKSA" which is General Yudenich North West Army.

Those with OKCA : Russian Civil War (1919),North-West Army according to Michel catalogue.

Those OKCA stamps of the North-West Army are common forgeries .
